Shaftesbury Capital was established in March 2023 following the merger of Capital & Counties Properties PLC and Shaftesbury PLC. Our Covent Garden portfolio spans 1.5msq ft and is home to over 200 shops, as well as 200 restaurants, over 300 apartments and c130 offices.

As a long-term, responsible custodian our aim is to foster long-term relationships with community stakeholders, so that their views and opinions help us inform the development of our business. Prior to the merger, Shaftesbury and Capco supported a wide range of projects including support for local community groups, support for local arts, and partnerships with Young Westminster and Young Camden Foundation, to name but a few.

We are committed to minimising the impact of our operations on the environment and recognise the opportunity to make a positive difference. Our forward-looking approach ensures we operate in an environmentally sustainable manner and we are committed to net zero carbon by 2030.
