You can find information about Shaftesbury Capital’s planning applications by visiting the ‘Our Projects’ section of this website.
We also have dedicated websites for our other neighbourhoods, which can be accessed by the links below:
Typically, occupiers make their own licencing and (sometimes) planning applications, so Shaftesbury Capital does not always hold full details of all applications which have been made. However, each application is subject to public consultation if it meets the relevant threshold. You can find information about licenses under consideration and those already granted by checking the licensing register on the Westminster City Council website.
On some occasions Shaftesbury Capital may also work with a tenant on their licensing application. When this happens we will include information on the application in the ‘Our Projects’ section of this website.
Typically, occupiers apply for their own tables and chairs licences, so Shaftesbury Capital does not hold full details of all applications made. However, each licence application is subject to public consultation undertaken by the local authority. You can find information about licences under consideration and those which have already been granted by checking the licencing register on the Westminster City Council website.
Shaftesbury Capital also holds a small number of tables and chairs licences in their own name for communal tables. You can find information on these through the public registers too.
You can read about our live projects that we’re currently consulting on, and share feedback on our plans on the Our Projects page on this website.
